Oak Island requires each passenger in your golf cart to wear a seat belt at all times. We offer 4 and 6 seater carts to accomodate as many families as possible. All of our carts are road ready, and have been approved and certified by the city.
Our EZGO S4 model fits 4 people. It features cup holders, plush seats, and it's own sound system. The rear seat flips up for additional storage underneath
The express S6 has room for six people with more than enough leg room to spare. This cart can get the whole family to the beach in comfort.
EZGO golf cart batteries generally take between about 6 hours to charge. Each battery charge powers a cart for 15 to 30 miles depending on how much weight is carriedt.
Golf Carts can only be driven on the street on Oak Island and are not allowed to be driven on side walks. The may be driven on streets where the speed limit is 35 mph or less
Golf Carts can only be driven by licensed drivers on Oak Island. Seat Belt and Children’s Car Seat Laws Still Apply
There's golf cart parking available at most beach accesses on Oak Island. Driving on the beach strand isn't allowed unless registered with the Oak Island Police Department
